A science graduate and retired Superintendent from GST & Customs, Birendra served the nation with distinction for 29 years and was honored with the Presidential Award for meritorious service. After retirement, he dedicates his life to community upliftment, focusing on education initiatives, healthcare initiatives, and supporting the poor and needy through the Loksewa Social Foundation, which he co-founded.

A practicing Family Physician & Sexual Health Consultant with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Billampelly has spearheaded numerous healthcare initiatives and education initiatives aimed at community upliftment, benefiting both youth and medical professionals. As one of the founders of the Loksewa Social Foundation, he has held leadership roles in various medical associations and was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by former President of India, Smt. Pratibhatai Patil, for his exemplary contributions to healthcare and community welfare.
